Final billing goes smoother when your documentation is complete. A conditional final lien waiver shows the GC that you’re ready to waive all lien rights on the project—but only after you receive full and final payment, including retainage.
This form protects you from waiving rights too early while still giving the GC what they need to process your final pay app. Missing or incorrect conditional final waivers can easily delay retainage or closeout.
