Generate AIA® forms to the GC’s precise specs
Generate perfect pay apps—including G702®, G703®, and any custom forms—and any lien waivers required. Then, submit everything to the client’s required portal with a click. With Siteline, every form looks like its paper version, but our system handles calculations and carry-over from previous months. We even handle taxes, whether a single or multiple tax rates apply. No more spreadsheets, Bluebeam, Adobe, phone tag, and email chains.

See the status of your AIA® billing in real-time
Manage pay apps, waivers, compliance, and change order requests from one place. See the status of all things A/R across all clients and projects. Siteline keeps everything up-to-date for you. Filter your views by status, PM, division, and more, so you can proactively and strategically manage your billing.
Know if you’re over- or under-billing
Subs are forced to finance jobs because they bill for work in place and get paid roughly 90 days later, creating an imperative to bill over costs. With Siteline, see if you’re billing in excess of cost on each project to ensure you’re billing enough each month.

Submit all types of bills to your client. Siteline can handle whatever billing your construction contract requires.

Frequently Asked Questions
AIA® billing is a progress billing method common in commercial construction. Each month, a subcontractor reports how much of each work item is complete on the schedule of values. The pay app shows the amount due, minus retainage. It uses two standard forms, G702® and G703®. Many general contractors (GCs) require it. Read the complete guide →
G702® is the summary page. It shows the contract amount, work completed to date, retainage, and the amount due this period. G703® is the continuation sheet. It breaks the work into line items from the schedule of values, with the amount billed on each. Together, they make up one AIA® pay app.
You can find free AIA® billing templates, but most are spreadsheets. You have to enter the math, taxes, and carry-over from past months by hand. Siteline isn’t free. Siteline automates your pay apps so you spend less time on billing and fewer pay apps get sent back for fixes. We price based on the volume of pay apps you'd bill each month through Siteline. Yes. Siteline connects with Oracle Textura, Procore Pay, and more. Once your pay apps and/or waivers are final, you send them to the GC’s required portal from Siteline, with no double entry. If your GC accepts email instead, Siteline can send it that way.
